Horrible people that treat drivers like trash. Dispatchers know nothing, office scum everywhere. Trucks are older, but they advertise new.
Pros
There are no pros at all

No pay for an ALL DAY orientation, check engine light came on day after we received truck, only one fuel tank worked, we were filling up twice as much, the driver is charged for EVERYTHING including the trailer wash for the dirty trailer they issued on the 1st day. After waiting for over two weeks I still haven’t received a paycheck, just a summary of over 6k in deductions
Cons
Waste of time, money and energy

I will write only about myself, my experience. Treller drive. They pay 0.60 cents. They can pay 0.65, but if you drive 4000 or more miles a week. This also applies to the refrigerator, they pay 0.05 cents more. I drove 2200-3600 miles a week. Usually it is 2300-2800 miles.
This is if you work without violating the ELD, i.e. 70 hours, 8, 14 and 11 hours, which are allowed. And 10 hours of sleep and 34 hours of rest after 70 hours of work. But you will be forced to violate this. You will not sleep 10 hours. It will be 3 hours of sleep or 4, or 5. The company does not want the driver had a good rest. The company wants the driver to drive a lot, about 5000-6000 miles a week. The dispatchers will force you to do this. This is the company philosophy. I resisted this and eventually a month ago I was fired. The professional dispatch staff is weak.
I do not recommend this company unless you want to break the law.
Pros
They pay the salary.
Cons
You will not rest, they force you to break US law.

Stay away from that company! They are liars! They will promise you a miles but they not going to give it to you ! They will cut you miles almost on every trip 5-10 miles! Be ready to make 5-6 k maximum and always stay in a truck ( always I mean 30 days in a month) and do not see your family, you will waist a lot of time in a truck without driving, be ready drive almost all time on east coast and then when you will ask to get some load to your city to be at home with your family on weekends or holidays they not going to find something ! They don't care about drivers at all !! All they need it to stay you in a truck like a dog in a kennel
Pros
Stay away they a scammer
Cons
Stay away they a scammer

It's only beautiful at the beginning, 1500-2000 miles a week, no feedback, drivers are treated like slaves. You're alone with all the problems and work from 700 to 1300 a week, and that's the truth!
Cons
deception in everything
