Good Company, decent pay and benefits. Not for everyone as I can see, but it seems that each person has their own version of events with the company. In my personal experience, the pay was generally on time, the equipment was somewhat good with some trucks that I used being quite new, while others were a bit older. Overall, pretty good.

Pros

Good Loads, Home time was always agreed upon and good communication.

Cons

They generally do loads in the Midwest, I prefer staying on the west coast, but that's just me.

All I can say is that my experience has been solid so far.I joined them a few months back and things have gone smoothly overall.Pay has been consistentand the equipment they provide is reliable.They usually run on the east coast so I sometimes have a difficult time going to California to visit my daughter there.Overall it’s been a good place to run.

Pros

Communication is generally smooth Orientation was quick and easy There’s enough work to keep drivers moving during the weekend as well

Cons

Getting immediate responses during rush hours can be tough Certain loads require tighter schedules

Armada Freight has given me and my family an opportunity to make money, feed mouths and have time with my kids. Since starting here just over 7 months ago, I can say that my career has changed for the better. After working for a number of crooked companies, I can say that I have finally landed on one that treats me, my time and money with respect. The staff is overall good, however, the loads and equipment are everything anyone would want from this industry, a safe new truck and well paying loads. SIGN ME UP

I am seeing some good and bad reviews here and all I can say is that, what you give is what you get. Started out 5 months ago with this company and have been here ever since. The deductions are somewhat cheaper here than in most companies I have worked for and the weekly wages are generally on time. Since starting here, have had barely any issues, although there are bad and good days, as it generally is with this industry. Overall, decent staff, great equipment and good environment.

Decent Pay, a wide range of loads to choose from and the team is friendly.

Cons

Strict Safety Protocols and Rules.

Never pay on time. They kept my last two checks and stopped answering calls.They block your number after you leave. Acts nice until you decide to leave.They will direct you to the accounting dept. You will never get in touch with accounting dept.
