Eran owner of Comp. Is bankrupt! Will try to charge his insurance cost to Owner op last minute so you feel pressure to agree 5k in my case. You’ll make more money staying home flipping burgers. Company driver paid bi weekly owner ops get played. Will put you and your license at risk only cares about his bottom line. This is what you a black ops operation. Climbing out of a bankruptcy means you’re gonna get used and abused. The man has no honor and his dispatcher pays the price there’s only one lady dealing with the chaos. Inward facing cameras no privacy with audio surveillance. Respect yourself go to another company.

Pros

Plenty of down time to sleep! Spoke to other drivers they are dealing with they’re own version of bad.

Cons

Shisty business men!

I've been with Blue Lightning now for 13 years and plan on retiring with them. They're a smaller company currently experiencing some growing pains (mostly thanks to Covid) but the owner is always just a phone call away. He has always treated me fairly and that's been my number one issue after being treated poorly at previous employers. There is money to be made here for hard working drivers. Conditions are typical for the industry. Non-forced dispatch, variety of reefer loads, flexible home time, plenty of miles for those that want to stay out longer, and pay that is competitive with similar companies.

Pros

Small enough to know everyone personally.

Cons

Trouble getting some of the better contracts but then it's the same for any small company.
