Has some of the most useless dispatchers I have ever worked with. I resigned and returned my truck back to the terminal where the truck was inspected and I was told that I would be issued a check for my truck deposit. After two week I was notified and advised that the owner said that I would not be issued my deposit. When I asked why they said I was responsible for the fuel I had burned returning the truck. I then reminded them that I had brought a load to the terminal the day I turned in my truck to which I was told that Mr Bynum said that I was not getting the deposit so that was the end of the conversation. What a joke guess you got to make money however you can when your a ###### company.

When I started with them a few months ago. They gave me a 2022 Peterbilt that stayed broke down and that kept me from working for a week. Do not quit the company if you are from another state. They will leave you stranded and be total clowns about it. Stay away from this company.

Bynum uses inappropriate pay, deposits, and assorted fees from the drivers to stay afloat. Miles are heavily shorted, equipment deposits are leveraged and rarely returned and fees for payroll etc only benefits the company. Their most competent managers now work for one of the other food grade tanker companies in the area of which there are 4 and Bynum pays the least.

Pros

Reasonable equipment

Cons

poverty above all else.
