Pay not so great but it's a good company so far. Not much communication ????. Besides checking your bags when you're not looking or smelling on you or your truck for oders ????
Pros
Need more money ????. I need 35%, Not to friendly fake.
Cons
Communication it's seems personal.

I am pleased with working for a great bunch of people and have not had a bad experience and finally found a good place that cares for you as part of a family. Stay positive and positive outcome will win as a professional driver. We are all not perfect but must strive to be safe and successful and communicate when hardships arise and lean on the support of our peers. As a 17 year veteran I say love one another as God loves us we are all his children.
Pros
Pay ,Family, Home Time,Benefits, 401,Healthcare, increase, Great Equipment,,Dispatch, Shop,Management, Showers, laundry, driver's lounge, company use of vehicle

Yes Climate uses profanity on their drivers. Safety Dept sucks Safety director uses the middle finger to greet you. I'm proof of that I should have used my phone to record it and record the profanity. I suggest any
driver that works for this sleazy company to take pictures of there messages that are sent to the truck.
Cons
Profanity and Disrespect

Plenty of miles, I always get 2,800-3k+ miles a week, good people, good equipment, no micromanaging. They always get me home on time when I need to get home for as much time as I need, they're understanding. Trucks gov'd at 68. Love going to Colorado. Good shop/maint.
-Honest reviewer, this is my 7th year driving trucks OTR & local.
I've never had to wait more than 10 minutes for a reload and haven't heard of any other drivers waiting for a reload either. Quick shippers and receivers, plus Breakdown and good layover pay.
How OTR company trucking should be, great company to work for.
Cons
Honestly can't think of any

We drive late model Volvos here. They ask a minimum 2 weeks out. Some people do 2 weeks on 2 days home. I stay out longer. Its steady loads, steady money. Cpm isn't the highest by far but they make up for it with big miles. They have good customers. 50/50 drop and hook reefer/dry van. Your truck and trailer gets inspected every time you come through the terminal, and if there are issues, repairs are done immediately. Dispatch has people experienced in the industry. They are master load planners and it's never stressful to run a load here.
Pros
Good hometime, fairness, steady miles, good maintenance of equipment. Well oiled machine.
Cons
Cpm isn't the highest but it is competitive with other reputable companies. Me personally, I will over look the cpm because of the big miles. A driver will make steady money here
