Work 3 years left 2 times came bk never had a cleanin fee.I just got charged $600 leaving my truck The way i've always left it. Clean! I always got my loads there On time went above and beyond and this is how they treat me
Cons
Can't take your truck home if you live in certain areas. One day a week is all they want to give you off. Forced dispatch. Marcy treats good employees bad

The best part about working for this company is the equipment. You won’t back down. They keep your guarantee pay and ore pay you on future loads , they leave you a bad report for the need job that wants to hire you. They mess with your miles . They play nice but they don’t really care about you .
Pros
Don’t wast your time
Stay home with your family
Cons
It’s not even worth working for this company

Coldliner, Express is a nightmare.
The owner used to be Dorsey the woman….. ???? she will rant and rave about how much she knows about the FMCSA, but all she does is show her lack of knowledge; for example, she told me that PC was limited to 30m ... actually, the driver has the right to find a safe place, not the first place with space. There's been drivers murdered who stopped anywhere.
Doug wasn’t the owner; he was just a terrible abusive manager. ????
Coldliner drivers are forced to deliver to suspicious customers; some take your picture. That is very strange.
???? Coldliner relies heavily upon Walmart accounts, but also accounts that are very difficult to deal with…. Coldliner shorts your pay so watch it.
There was one driver that loved it there but I think he was a relative because most drivers weren't real happy Don't tell me when you're not happy because you'll be fired immediately
Even if you give notice... if you leave them they will give you such a bad DAK report that you will have to get an attorney to CLEAN it up, sending you back about $3600 They will say that you abandoned loads or refuse loads (forced dispatch is illegal, but Coldliner doesn't realize this). OSHA and the FMSCA both forbid Bing course to drive when your tired ... if it's one of their Walmart accounts or important accounts, you will deliver even if you were dying
If you work for Coldliner Express, you will be abused; you'll be sure did your pay; you'll be lied to; and they will fix your deck, so you'll have difficulty finding another job..
Pros
Some of the Peterbilts aren’t too bad; they are simple ones that have Paccar engines. They were knew when I worked there but they’re older now.
Cons
Driver coercion, driver abuse, Forced dispatch, no Hometime, putting up with Doug , shorting pay and miles, making up their own rules and other issues.

Hometime is TERRIBLE. They will keep you on the road for at least 6 weeks before going home. That is abuse. That can cause mental distress. They are liars and they go out of their way to get drivers blacklisted from working with other companies. Coldliner will destroy your truck driving career.
Cons
They get drivers blacklisted from working with other companies.
