Bad reviews from employees who can’t do basic pre trips Company is solid. Strict and zero tolerance for tardiness. They don’t babysit so if you need supervision this isn’t the right place for you. Paid vacation with in first year. Weekly pay and on time. Been here 2 years and never had I not received my check on time. Pay is from address to address. Dispatching is done over text. ADP for direct deposit. If you have healthcare plan they will cover half of it. Home time is great. No forced weeks on the road. Trucks are maintained well. They are strict about the pre trips and post trips. If you’re the type to not check but tell them you do while driving on low psi tire. Most of those zero stars come from lazy drivers.

Pros

Weekly pay with home time. Steady miles keeping you busy. Daily 600+ miles. Good CPM.

Cons

Strict.

Read the other reviews that complained about miles and pay. One of them stole fuel while on “ vacation “ but won’t mention that in their review. You’ll find bad reviews on companies such as this one when they don’t let drivers run the company or the trucks to ####. They hold drivers accountable for pre trips and post trips. Both brothers still drive and are extremely knowledgeable about the equipment. Miles are steady and pay is on time. They do have escrow up to $2500. It’s mostly for drivers that trash equipment and leave without two weeks notice. Most likely what those drivers did that gave them 0 stars. If you can’t make money here you won’t make money anywhere.

Pros

Weekly pay and never missed a paycheck. Paid vacation first year. Home time and steady miles

Cons

Older Brother is strict and has zero tolerance for tardiness.

Unprofessional working conditions. They make up rules as they go and charge their drivers for unnecessary things like a low tire that more than likely lost air over the weekend, and alleged speeding. Every week, my check was short for one reason or another. The equipment is older and has problems. I never received more than 1800 miles consistently, so making $75000 a year is out of the question. They don't pay detention, for stops, layovers, there's no insurance, no paid vacation. You NEVER get your $2500 escrow back. They give you one excuse after another about taking your pay from you every week or simply not paying you correctly.

Pros

Home on the weekends

Cons

Low miles, cheated out of pay weekly or every other week, no detention pay, no insurance, have to ask for pay owed for detention, layovers, and stops, but won't receive the compensation for it. They usually find a way to charge you for some ridiculous reason, listen to personal conversations with their cameras, just an all-around bad company to work for. Dispatcher is a habitual liar and takes it out on the drivers.

Stay far away from this company and don’t work here there equipment is always getting vandalized. Very small company owned by two brothers nationwide will not help you get any of your money back if they decide to scam you. Good luck winning your money back thru the court system. If your thinking about quitting just take your last paycheck and run.

Pros

Home weekly

Cons

The company is so small you might not get your paycheck and no one will do anything about it even though the owner is corrupt. Also they love to micromanage.
