dispatcher I work with is really cool but I was made fun of by a manager my first week for having an accent and told trucking isn't for immigrants. He told me to get more American white drivers in the door and he told me he had to leave the office to speak to me because people would hear him and then he tried to say sorry. I told him this company is owned by immigrants and he said they should be deported

Pros

map on wall

Cons

I asked to speak to owner and the manager gave me a wrong number purposely

I’ve been out on the road for over 15 years now, and I can say without a doubt that ELE Logistics is one of the best outfits I’ve ever hauled for. Straight shooters from dispatch to payroll, they treat drivers like real people—not just a truck number. The loads are steady, the equipment’s well-maintained, and they actually listen when you’ve got something to say. No more sittin’ around for hours waitin’ on backhauls—these folks know how to keep the wheels turnin’ and the money rollin’. What I really respect is how they run things with honesty and respect. You do your job, they’ve got your back 100%. That’s rare in this business. I’ve driven for companies that’ll nickel and dime you to death, but ELE? They’re fair, they’re professional, and they keep it real. If you’re a driver lookin’ for a solid place to hang your hat and get treated like family, ELE Logistics is where it’s at. Ten-four, I’m stickin’ with ‘em for the long haul.

The contract is shady don't explain contract in orientation. Don't pay for detention don't have 24 hour dispatchers. Don't honor paying after load delivery. They will rob you of your money. Do not work for this company.
