The concept could be great, but the company is very greedy. Your first day in the truck, you need to fuel it, because they're usually less than a quarter full. The company makes their money first, then you are left to figure the rest out. Higher paid loads are given to company drivers not lease purchase drivers. No way to hustle because they control how you move.

Pros

My dispatcher was wonderful

Cons

Company won't give you steady work. Your first 2k goes to the company. Good loads are only ran to pay the company, then the load rates become smaller. If you disagree, they'll isolate you, then fire you without paying you

The pay isn't close to what they advertise. They literally steal earnings through their unnecessary maintenance program and easypass. They are set up just like Super Ego, don't trust them. Also, the dispatchers are over worked and disgruntled as heck with 40+ drivers each. So good luck getting consistent loads. There should be a class action lawsuit against them on how they take your funds. Don't trust those crooks.

Pros

Home time request was always granted.

Cons

You will not make any money... for them, yes. But, for you, #### no.

Overall it's not a bad gig if this was available when I was younger right after getting my 2 years experience after cdl school I probably would have stuck with it but since I've been in the game for awhile I just didn't have the patience to deal with the lower pay trying to lease purchase a truck

Pros

Its a lot of drops and hooks and the live loads you do don't take long usually nice equipment as far as trucks and some of the trailers are really nice too dispatchers and office personnel are really friendly and down to earth the trucks are equipt with the tag reader for loves fuel so all you have to do is pull up and fuel when it works decent drivers lounge at the terminal they keep you busy with preplans not a lot of waiting compared to reefer loads orientation was okay

Cons

Slow trucks mostly heavy loads collision avoidance system malfunctions and brakes for no reason camera system talks to you when you do something wrong and it will take a video and give you an event that safety will see you have to be under a load to get fuel even though the dispatchers are nice when you need to talk to them its always rushed its forced dispatch

Terrible company and owner worse exp of my 20 plus year career ,this is one of the companies that drivers should stay away from ,word to the wise you have been warned.

Pros

Can't think of not one single one and I've tried hard not to be totally negative on this review.

Cons

Shady people in operations ,trucks are not kept up ,no company mechanic shop , weasel owner that want answer his phone ,will try to put lies on dact report as a retaliation tool, unprofessional dispatch team that will try to keep you out as long as possible and try shady tactics if you insist on days off after being out a month, trucks are not cleaned when you are assigned to you and mostl likey we'll have a warning light of some kind on dash panel since they have no mechanic shop and want take
