Since buying the Ritter companies in 2019, Evo has absolutely destroyed this once proud and thriving trucking company here in Laurel Maryland. Equipment in constant disrepair to the point the property looks like an absolute junkyard for tractors. They can't even afford to keep tires in stock. They #### those junk trackers for whatever tires might be left on them just to get by. That's just one example. The only positive thing I can say is that your pay is always correct and on time every week. However, that is only because there is a holdover in our office that has been here for around 20 years that takes care of that for us. I would not recommend my worst enemy in my work here.

Pros

Pay

Cons

Absolutely horrible communication, equipment in constant disrepair, and no respect whatsoever for tenured drivers.

I worked in arizona. Evo to a contract from 10 roads. I followed the route. Bent over backwards for the company. Paying out of pocket every time I had to cross a scale for road tax. Help the company Get on track with the new contract. Company is. Very unorganized. Couldn't get ahold of anybody. Drivers were not being paid. One driver didn't get paid for over a month before they could figure it out. Everything was done remotely. I was very happy working with ten roads. I moved to this location specifically for this run. I was sad to see it go. I was happy with the position. However management was unbearable. They really dropped the ball. And weren't listening to the leaders With a wealth of knowledge. This was the biggest contract they've ever seen. I would love to get it back sometime. I'm waiting for them to lose the contract but would not surprise me one bit.

Pros

Loved the run and pay was pretty god when and if you got paid. I was short on my paycheck Watch your paychecks they cut corners on you.

Cons

I haven't seen worst management in my years of trucking

Most disorganized company I've ever worked for. Lots of junk equipment. Terrible communication. Driver managers and dispatch seem to have no clue what the other is doing.

Pros

It's a job; pay is decent

Cons

Horrible communication, junk equipment, will fire you when you're off by doctor's orders for injury
