Keep in Mind if you Drive for Forward Air and your Contractor does not pay you for any reason they will not help you get your Money, Me and My wife were not paid 2600 owed to us on time as of now nothing !!!

As an owner/ operator who has been with this company going on 4 years, I will tell you a lot has changed. Way too many dedicated trucks who get priority over the single owner operator. The result? More down time, not as good of loads like it used to be. Not happy!!

Great at first but went downhill the last year or so. If you are someone who owns multiple trucks, you have pricier the little guy.

We are currently FAF contractors and soon will not be. Before the AB5 law kicked in we were doing great. All of the sudden we were put on a new contract and could no longer reach ANYONE that would help us. They say they will call you back and never do. They have lied to us for the last 3 months and yanked our income out from underneath us. Do not sign on with this company if you value your income

BEWARE AND TOTALLY READ FORWARD AIR'S OWNER OPERATOR CONTRACTS! WHEN YOU DO, YOU WILL RUN AWAY! IF IN AN ACCIDENT OR HURT YOU ARE LEFT 100% RESPONSIBLE! ALSO CONTRACTS STATE IF EVER A LEGAL BATTLE IT CAN ONLY BE TAKEN TO COURT IN TN AND ONLY IN GREENE COUNTY! HAVE FUN WITH THAT!

THE CONTRACTS THEY MAKE YOU SIGN IF ANYTHING EVER HAPPENS YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHNG! IF YOUR NOT A LAWYER HAVE ONE LOOK OVER THE CONTRACT.. YOU WILL QUICKLY FIND OUT ITS NOT WORKING FOR THEM!

Mileage company,pulling company trailers, drop N hook from terminal to terminal, mostly teams, if you run solo you'll be driving at night most of the time, at least I did(air freight) They're on elogs now. 0.93 plus FS. Got tired of being gone for 3-4 weeks and left them. Midwest is good area to run for FAF for solo.
