Not a good company.
Their trucks are all bought on auction, most have over 500,000 miles, and are converted to run natural gas. Basically, most of their trucks are broken down, and drivers are sitting.
The equipment is in bad shape, and the shop seems really disorganized and dysfunctional.
The office is filled with non-truckers, who do not understand the lifestyle. They don’t know what’s going on with their own trucks, because there is poor communication from the shop, to the office, to dispatch. Everyone is terrible. There’s a real MLM vibe. Like all the office ladies are like selling a pyramid or Ponzi scheme. It’s that same vibe. They’re basically NPC Karens who all kind of look the same, and aren’t familiar with the trucking industry. They’re like HonBots who sell essential oils.
They straight out lied about assigning drivers their own trucks. They’re all poorly maintained slip seats.
Run. Away.
Pros
I’m not even sure there are any.
Everything they tell you that might be good is a lie.
Cons
Everything they tell you to lure you in is a lie.
