RUN, DONT WALK, AWAY FROM HERE. They won't show the rate cons because they are skimming off the top. They treat you like crap, and they want you to sit in your truck at all times(even owner operators) and not leave your truck. You will wait 2+ days before you are reloaded. They don't want you to call them, only text. The dispatchers play video games all day instead of working on finding drivers loads.

Pros

Trailers seem to be in decent shape. The dispatchers play video games all day long and when you call they are annoyed that you called.

Cons

Dispatch treats you like crap. They treat owner operators like company drivers. They keep you waiting for multiple days They pay percentage, however, they bid on a load for 10k, then they offer it to you for 6k then they take 20% from the 6k and that's what you get.. They don't pay deadhead, ever. Don't ask for anything extra. They don't pay detention. Horrible company
