I started one year ago with the company, love every min of it. One of the best company to work for, if you have experience and looking to join great company then this is the best company to join.

I have been with MB Global since January of 2021. I was struggling in a very expensive owner Operator truck lease. An MB Global driver named Kevin saw me leaving a Shipper property and drove up next to my truck was parked and told me the company he worked with made him more money then any other company in his 20 year career. So I took a chance and the Kevin's testimony was true. MB Global ensures to make it a priority to make you money as advertised on the side of their trailers for $2500 a week but most times the pay exceeds the advertisement. My dispatcher Adrian helped me stay motivated unlike any other time in my trucking career to push harder then I ever worked because most times most trucking companies I worked for always had me in layovers and my settlements were not to my satisfaction. Adrian always makes it a priority to make you as much money within the 70 hour limit and utilizing recaps and ensuring you get the last load before the end of the pay cycle to maximize your profits. Safety is MB Globals biggest priority and they make sure to keep you on the road and not waste time to fix any repairs on their trailers and the trailers are all new. The weekly payment for a Penske truck rental is reasonable and their repair services are quick. You are constantly given daily reminders of safety from headquarters and your dispatcher about safety to keep your driving record clean. This is the best experience I've had to feel like I'm working to make a better life for myself and not just working to survive. And a big compliment to Adrian for his passion for being competitive and pushing his drivers to stand out from the rest. Thank you.

I’ve been a driver since 1996. I’ve been an owner op a couple of times also. I started with MB Global this past January 2021 and Oh My LORD!! I feel like I’m winning the lottery every Friday! That $2500 is a conservative number. I’ve made pennies per miles for most of my career. As an owner op, the best I’ve done is $1.05 per mile plus fuel surcharge. What a joke! Now I literally laugh at all those advertisements. 50-65 cents per mile!!! BWAHAHA! Finally, a company who wants to pay their drivers well. This is 100% owner operator fleet and they mean business! My dispatcher Dennis is a rockstar! He know how to get great loads. And he’s working for me. 100% of the dispatch salaries is commission from up to 10 drivers. Dispatchers here find the freight, negotiate rates, as well as taking care of their drivers’ needs and personal schedules. Want time off? No problem! Give plenty of notice and you’ll get it. A word of warning… this company doesn’t play. If you cannot control that truck safely, and within the law (especially regarding speed) you can’t stay. You’ll make the money, as you’ll do it legally. Their safety team takes DOT safety and compliance very seriously. One final word. There’s no BS. I’ve been treated very respectfully by everyone I’ve spoken to and they all seem like very nice and wonderful people to work for.

Orientation was quick and simple. Just get all videos done ahead of time. So far everyone seems very helpful. Three weeks in and things are as advertised. Oliver is my DM. He is doing a great job of keeping me rolling and my checks have been great. Over 100% thankful I finally came onboard.

My experience with MB Global this past week was a learning experience for me. Although I have been driving 30+ years I had a good experience getting to be a independent contractor. My recruiter made sure that I was well informed about everything. I was well taking care of. The only thing I had a problem with was the -10 weather there ????. This company I will give five stars just because of the treatment, they treat you like family and they want to see you succeed. I can't complain the truck is in good condition.
