I was an owner operator for this company but my truck broke down unfortunately and i cannot afford the new motor but worked with Nomad for 6 months and they kept me running all the time. They have dedicated loads for the western states and its pretty nice to have consistent freight to move and no spot market craziness. Hopefully i can come back with a new truck.

Pros

dedicated pay

Cons

didnt like going to cali

Drove for Nomad for about 3 years as company driver and bought the truck from them and now run as an owner op with them. Husband / wife owners and they both split the responsibiities. Ivanna is a very experienced dispatcher and Slavo knows his logs better than anyone I worked for. The freight is the best thing to happen to me as a colorado driver. Dedicated / contracted and most importantly consistent. I hope they never go out of business because its crazy what we make compared to the load boards right now. Highly recommend!!

I did a lease program with them for 8 months and bought a box truck to do something different just recently. Wife husband owners super nice people and they got pretty good paying dedicated lanes. Only thing I didn't like was driving over the mountains and going up to OR WA. I also wanted to be home more but to make good $ you gotta stay out i guess but overall decent company and they are pretty straight forward people

Pros

Good money and lanes

Cons

Mountain driving

I just retired with Nomad. Been with them since 2019 as a company driver. Ivana and her husband treated me with more respect than I received from my own family. After a year on board with them, they paid my vacation and made sure I got my rest after too long on the road. Only thing I didnt like is the mountain driving because all there freight is usually the western states.

Pros

Paid on time, respect, good equipment, steady lanes

Cons

mountain driving

I am currently a company driver with this company and I am honestly refreshingly surprised at how they run operations here. Husband and wife run the company and they are super chill people to work with. I get awesome miles, all of their trucks are bad ### and luckily I live in CO so their freight gets me home every 2 weeks and even sometimes for a 10 hour break. The company rules are very straight forward and I am super happy for now.

Pros

Great loads, miles, pay, equipment
