Nova Lines has been a great choice for me. Their lease-purchase program is straightforward, and I’m saving a lot with their fuel rebates. Hauling flatbeds with one of their Freightliner trucks has been smooth, no complaints. If you’re looking for a company that takes care of its drivers, Nova Lines is solid.

Pros

Solid company and people. Good outfit overall

Cons

Freight market aint great right now.

Haven't been long with them, but I am happy so far. After a quick two day orientation, and I found myself in a fresh truck and on the road. Nice staff, Chris is funny. Nice new yard, with showers, and laundry. I get along with my dispatcher, they alawys have a load waiting for me.

Pros

Honest management, nice staff, fresh trucks

Cons

Same ole complaint every trucker has, hometime.

Zero home time. If you go home you will go broke. They charge daily for everything I mean everything. Truck/Trailer payments are to high. Truck broke down first day in yard Trailer needed full set of brakes and drums first week. Cargo securement equipment is worn out you replace at your cost they charge you 50.00 every week for it. But don’t take my experience to be yours try it for yourself

Pros

Easy to get into other than that none really. They have a high turn over rate. Sign up with them and see for yourself. They put you up in a room first night sleep in truck rest of time. They give you an orange hard hat and an orange vest and a grey sweet shirt with nova printed on it. Oh and they feed you lunch and pizza for supper

Cons

Hauls cheap freight load boards only. Dispatchers are all foreign based in Moldova all speak broken english. There is so much to tell it can’t all be said here

One of the worst companies I've ever worked for stay away do yourself a favor you can't make any money they're fixed cost is $1,985 a week after fuel you have nothing and all the good reviews back in October and through the rest of the year are from the people from The Office they're not even drivers lies lies lies stay away unless you want to be a glorified company driver and pay all their bills have at it just another Ukrainian company from Illinois

Nova truck lines is a joke they will tell you that you can make 2k plus a week when you will get to net pay on your pay check which is bs they will lie and scam you to make there truck payment for them on there trucks do not drive for this company or do a lease to own program with it’s a scam, try driving and making over a 8k week and only get a 174$ paycheck by the end off the week it’s a scam and they lie to you about everything, oh fleet manager is Moldova. I would not recommend working or driving for this company

Cons
