Pros
Good people
Cons
I don't like some of the people in the office they seem to override my dispatcher a lot of times and it upsets me because my dispatcher keeps me really busy and making money

Excellent equipment. They keep me busy..drop and hook so I can get back on the road. They make sure that I get back home when I want to and I can take as much time off as I want and then restart

Cons
Do not send out a pre-assignment until that driver gets completely unloaded and empty.

Home time is great. Pay is good. Equipment is fine but as a new driver and getting an old truck that breaks down before the first week on my own, and few other new driver's experienced the same thing. Nussbaum can work out another idea for new driver's and better trucks.
