In addition, the people associated with Road King Express, both at the corporate level and on-site, demonstrated unprofessional behavior. One of the most distressing aspects of my experience was the prevailing attitude of superiority exhibited by the company towards its drivers. Very unpredictable will fire you even thou the dispatchers are the ones who give you the miles still got fired but believe it was over my accident. They are liers

They do keep maintenance on trucks. But never made the money as advertised. Was there for 5months. They will keep your last paycheck and escrow. They will come with an excuse. If you do reset in there BASE, they will make you do local runs under someone else’s logbook and never pay for them.

I'm an experienced driver and have been driving for Rd. King for about a year. I really like it here. Despite the current market, I'm doing really well. I chose percentage pay because I believe in this company and like being vested in it. My performance equals my pay. I'm driving a 2023 freightliner with a 2023 trailer. My dispatcher (Carmine) is an expert at maneuvering the load board and finding the best paying and efficient loads. The owners have an open door policy and have always made time for me. Our safety department (Klaudia and Orsida) are extremely knowledgeable and always helpful. I love chatting with them and learning about changes that are happening in our industry. Payroll (Jurgita and Rimgaile) are extremely proficient. I have been payed on time from my first paycheck on. They help me anytime I have questions. Our fleet manager (Arnold) works with my dispatcher to make sure all my PM's don't interfere with my loads. Our 24 hour roadside assistance (Daniel) has always been available and more importantly has stayed on people to make sure any work needed on my truck is being done in a timely manner. Our maintenance team is unbelievable. They have gone above and beyond for me. I always know that my truck is in good hands. Our We truly are a family. Everytime I swing by the yard and/or the office everyone is friendly. They actually care about you.
