Not for the experienced driver, this place is for new CDL holders only. If you come to this place as an experienced driver you will not make what they promise you.

Pros

Weekly home time

Cons

Long wait times with no detention pay, I average about 24hrs of waiting on dispatch, shippers, and receivers every week.

They don't pay you what is advertised even with my experience, managers have never driven a truck in there life. Equipment has all sorts of problems. I'm speaking true facts I was heading to a safe haven for home time went a bit over my hours and was fired even after heading to a safe haven as shown in the booklet DOT law. Was left on the side of the road for 4 days no one knew nothing and no one answers road service calls.

Pros

Training is good pay is ok starting out good company to learn flat bed

Cons

$25 tarp pay don't pay what is advertised, manager didn't even know what day I return to work I had to tell him. Stayed out almost 3 months on my own behalf because asked I said yes.

At first they ran out trucks for new hires, the head dispatcher manager is not nice as always fire new employees for any small issues ..

Pros

Pay is ok

Cons

Worst dispatcher manager.. and low income pay .. don’t get any empty paid miles .. not even per hour pay ..

This company is a pump n dump. Trailers r fing dogs-t. Good to get flatbed training. Company sells its own contracts before giving them to their own drivers. They’re not driver focused. They’re focused on keeping the money in the owners pocket

Pros

They will train you on flatbed

Cons

Trailers will cost you 15 hours a week in the shop if you want to drive legally. I was otr and some weeks I touched 4 different trailers. Roughly 50% of the trailers need immediate work and shouldn’t be on the road. No one takes blame here and just twists things towards the driver

Any current system trans drivers with any information? I start orientation June 22nd will be flying out Sunday and have been assigned to the AZ regional fleet.. I'm very interested in hearing from current drivers. Thanks.

How many miles does the avg new driver run per week? Is it the posted 2800 to 3000 or is it much less?

System Transport/DTS school

Wanted to start a rough journal on how my experience goes here. There hasn't been too much information about system I could find, so I thought I'd help out everyone else if I could. So I'll be updating this weekly through my schooling at DTS(In house truck driving school) and then once I'm actually on board with System. Stay tuned peeps.
