As a company driver you will be lied to, overworked and underpaid. They keep you driving loads that benefit them but not you. Short runs. They don’t stand behind the driver at all. This means if u make a mistake you pay for it. They will take money out of your check for the cost of whatever mistake you make. Even if you give a 2 week notice they find some sort of reason to take money out of your final check as a way to “punish” the driver for choosing to work elsewhere. I personally would never work for them, NOR WOULD I RECOMMEND ANYONE ELSE DO SO. If u want to be cheated out of ur hard earned money this is the place for u!

Pros

You will always have a load.

Cons

They will find every reason to keep pay in their pockets and not in your. I could not stay working there and make a profit

Great smaller company (80+ trucks) to work for or lease with. Small enough to have the owner and management easily accessible, but big enough to have good equipment, maintenance and enough loads to keep drivers running. Management is as hands on, or hands off as you want and need them to be and no driver facing cameras! OTR flatbed company, so home time depends on your home location and how much you want to run, but most drivers are home every weekend for resets or every other weekend at least. Zero complaints, very easy company to work with.

Pros

Smaller company, easy access to owners and management. No driver facing cameras. Great dispatchers that work with you to run the way you want and need. Good equipment and a zero down 2 year lease/purchase program after as little as 6 months with the company. Plenty of Conestoga trailers if you're interested in that. Great pay starting at 80% for O/O and $.60 cpm for company drivers.

Cons

Smaller company, no benefits, 1099 pay, basically set up more for owner/operator rather than for company drivers which can be an issue if you don't want to be an O/O.
