not fair . cant work longer then you want . they will do any things make you must quit the jobs

3 months with 10RE. Bumped from 40 hour/week route, offered 30 hour/week route thru Atlanta at 4pm. Nearly impossible to communicate with management and when I could talk with someone, he was less than helpful and sounded like I was bothering him. Appears 10RE management does not need drivers. So, in 3 months I could not contact management, only 1 way communication. It took the first 6 weeks to get my pay right. And they took away the route I hired on for. From my perspective, 10RE is a non-union company that runs like a union company. It would be a great place to work if 10RE could work as a team to get the job done but of the people I could get in contact with (phone, email, text) only 2 have made me feel like part of the 10RE team. And they were in recruiting. If you hire on with 10RE don't count your experience, they only count experience with 10RE or a company that they bought. Expect to go to the bottom of the ladder when you get bumped from your original route. I can't recommend this company. When I settled into my route there was nothing better, it was perfect for me for 90 days. Then it fell apart. A waste of 90 days that I could have been working for a team like Barr Nunn.

Stay away! They bought us out five years ago and it’s gone to ####. Fired all their employees fired. Lotta their drivers real shady people that run this company.

Worst place I ever worked. Trucks are junk, management is pathetic. Slip seating in smoky dirty trucks. Lots of waiting.
