TP is Not for OTR they simply don't have the miles. However if you live in Medford, Oregon then it's a Decent company. Dispatch never talks to you seriously

Homeless camp on wheels. Swift will treat you better. TP management are SNAKES. You will be kept from your home for no reason. They will LIE TO YOUR FACE ABOUT EVERYTHING without blinking! I ran HARD for them and they pushed to kept me out for a month at a time. They PROMISED 10 days out MAX; MAX! Plus, they promised I could pick my loads and go wherever whenever.Our agreement was CLEAR,.. because I have a wife and 2 kids. They are nice for 8-9 weeks then they act outside their agreements. THIS IS ALL PLANNED!! You all know this story! HEAR THIS: The ENTIRE OFFICE STAFF ARE TWO- FACED. They COLLUDE against the drivers (non-local). SHUN THIS COMPANY! However, If you live in or around Central Point, OR it appears to be a decent gig in every category (I hate to say).

Pros

Great equipment, maintenance and yard. They invest back into the company. Everyone was nice.

Cons

They are brokers first (they make their money by BROKERING, not trucking)! They will hook you with charisma. And you will fall for it! They are good at being snakes. Another self proclaimed "Small-Family-Company" positioning to be the next mega carrier and broker:(

Worst communication. Management is bad. I would not recommend this company. They will treat you so nice until after few months then treat you as if you do not exist.

Tp trucking company is the worst flatbed company in the world they don't care about drivers only there dispatchers the have the worst communication system it the trucking industry so if u want to work for a company that don't care go to tp trucking
