    Oriental fried rice for supper tonight. Ok I cheated and had a cream cheese and grape jelly sandwich.

    I have been too sedentary this summer. Got on the treadmill and only did 2 minutes. Very painfull, Gotta start walking more. Apparently 20 feet from computer to fridge isnt considered exercise?
