They will contact you with the details of the cost and process to “recover” the property. Tell them send a quit claim deed and they pay all the expenses and you will sign it. Get that in writing.

There was a shop dude at Cheyenne when I worked there who deleted his pickup. He was not well liked by anyone. Anyway, he quit or got fired, and a few months later the other shop dudes were laughing because he wanted to sell his truck but couldn't find a buyer because it was deleted. He called Dodge to ask how to reset the computer with the proper codes and they hung up on him. Something to consider if you're tempted to roll coal. (Yeah, he had that sticker on his back window.)

 

What's a good brand of tv these days. My 12 year olde Panasonic apparently shat the bed. Little red power light just blinks. No joy.
