I don't remember her every mentioning grandpa Packard, but anything could be possible, Pack.

How can 4 days off go by so fast? It seems like I just left work yesterday. These next 3 days will take forever to go by. I have to admit, 4 days has been a blessing and much needed break. I feel well rested and ready to face the coming year.

So I was trying a different way back to Albuquerque from Show Low, and ran across La Ventana arch. Wish I would of had a real camera; I was able to hike up beneath the arch and get the Moon and Jupiter under the arch and just above the cliff behind. And a couple hundred vertical feet @ 7000 ft elevation is a nice workout on a talus slope. Merry Christmas to me!

Get rid of the cats? Or leave Crete in search of local employment?

This stupid computer thinks my response is less than 10 character so I haved added this useless string to convince it that I am the the boss. Now the original response
