I feel the same, usually if I keep running tight, I seem to be on decent loads.

 

I love the way that works for me, lol. If I turn down a load right away and reason, "not enough time", they often tell me to accept and deliver ASAP. If I wait on rejecting, and send a message with approximately how late I'll be, I almost always get something akin to "then reject it, moron"...

 

Look to getting a second opinion.

 

maybe they cut you a little slack because you were a returning driver and have some driving and health history with them where the new drivers don't.

 

Been feeling poorly this week. Feel like I have a lot of inflammation in my joints and feel exhausted. Haven't felt this run down in a while.

 

Do you feel the machine actually helps ?

Unloading at Fort Wayne, customer requires you to wait on the dock. I was pulling out the blocking as the forklift operator was removing the cable spools so I was right there when he lifted too high and punched a hole in the roof. Not a lucky trailer, already has a patch on the roof from another hole. One big surprise though, when I called in to breakdown they picked up almost immediately and within a few minutes had the address for a trailer repair place where I'm waiting to be "worked in"

 

DETENTION - its not often that I sit for any real length of time. I know our detention pay is supposed to be guaranteed now after 2 hours. I got a detention PO number and filled out the form. I didn't get anyone to sign it but I did give a reason as to why I was detained. Is there any reason I won't get it? Even though Guaranteed? Also, is there something I should do different? How is it working for you?

 

On every one I put "Refused to sign" in the customer signature box and "No reason given" in the reason area. I have been paid detention every time since the new policy on January 1.
