Don't work for any company that demands you use there dispatch. Always book your own loads, just have the office do the paperwork.

Biggest advice I can give is go to a %100 owner operator company. Do not go to a company that also has both company drivers and o/o. They will always feed themselves first.

Have no dealings with them personally, just have some bad war stories from some people who have.

100% o/o have buddy list too though, same as a co with co drivers, they take care of their picks first.

Never had a buddy system at F2F. If you didn't drag your ### out of bed before the crack of noon and grabbed yourself a load off any load board or direct shipper you preferred it was your own #### fault.Iron-Man, heavyhaulerss and Cetane+ Thank this.

Didn't know PI&I had any O/O's. Thought the ones in the nice trucks just put up with them the longest. Good info.
