Peterbilt Viration Problem

Yea I got new tires...by trading the trailer.LOL . I trade hoppers every year and have for the last 10 years. I now use centramatics on the trailer and haven't had any issues with irregular tire wear on my trailers since.

Well they are only 23$ so it won't hurt your wallet,and it keeps the 5th wheel clean. I only grease the king pin every other week.
I have a 387 and work in the oil field hauling frac sand. So im always greasing my truck and blower. My problem was the trailer also .

I might have to keep using mine due to commodity prices right now, though I would like to get a newer less used trailer. I am going to have to do something about what I have going on in the mean time. What kind of trailers do you use?

I understand they are inexpensive, I will have to try one to make my fifth wheel last longer. The truck will be getting a 3 axle alignment next week, I am curious what that will turn up.

I've been chasing mine down too - T2000. Threw out balance beads, went Centramatics all 3 tractor axles, helped a bunch.

I pull aTimpte. Electric tarp, hydraulic doors. 3 back surgeries dictate I don't do hand crankin anymore lol

I think I'm going to have to invest in centramatics, and do serious looking into the rolling components on my trailer. When I pull a different trailer that will tell me alot. I also have a timpte trailer, electric tarp only though. Automation is the way to go for saving on you body!

I have the balancers on all 5 axles. Its increased my tire life by 20% or better and I don't get any cupping or chopping from an out of balance issue. Yea that tarp is awesome on a rainy day!
