    Anybody know how the written test is once your finished with mentor...easy?..hard? What do I need to know?

    Wasn't there another thread about this recently? Supposedly they give the trainees a study guide prior to the test. I'm assuming the test will be safety specific to swift, maybe some questions about paperwork and communications.

    Yes, and the OP was the last to respond to that 5 month old thread.

    5 years ago there was no study guide for the test, and I doubt there is one now. It isn't difficult.
    If you learn the basics of trucking and the basic macro's you will be just fine.

    And if you can't pass that simple test, you should not have the keys to a truck.
    Or probably even a car.
