Does anyone have any sound information about what Nalco Water can offer a driver?

Strict, but used to pay good.
Get used to ZDD(Zero defect Delivery) no spills, not even we can a drop.
(bucket/spill pad is not considered spill, it’s contained)

Had a job with them but turned it down. Very by the book, nothing wrong with that but just a little too strict for me. They pay hourly off the log book, they offered me $33/hr with 3 years experience. Good money, but I can make more working where I am now. They stay in hotels, have very nice equipment, and have an unloading procedure you have to follow. If you don't follow it and something goes wrong, you're probably terminated. One drop of material is a reportable spill, you have to suit up and stay at the valves when unloading, even on very hot days. They have a very good reputation, but it wasn't for me. I like being left alone and following my own routine.

We used to load out of Nalco occasionally. Drivers had to have completed the Nalco certification program and then follow all their procedures when delivering. Usually there was a Nalco rep onsite monitoring us. I delivered one of their loads and that was enough for me.

Just curious what you're doing for more than 33 an hour? Are you touching freight? Whereabouts in the country?

I get paid mileage and hourly running tanker. I don't touch the freight but I load and unload it. Running northeast mainly
