Some of us have to actually unload the truck, as opposed to standing around watching somebody else do it.

    Wargames and D.Tibbitt Thank this.

It doesn’t work that way. If he put you on ignore you can still see his posts, he just doesn’t see yours.

Wargames, D.Tibbitt, bzinger and 2 others Thank this.

What does that have to do with flip flops?
Does it mean that wearing flip flops is, in its nature, is something derogatory on par with pigs? I can say the same thing about wearing baseball hats all the time. For sure, wearing it inside a restaurant is not elegant, not to say dumb. What for? Is it too cold or windy?

    Snailexpress and mladen86 Thank this.

Suffice to say, some people need to learn to have the decency to keep one’s odors and fungus confined to their own shoes. ;)

Wargames, D.Tibbitt and bzinger Thank this.

That I agree but the whole point of wearing flip flops is just that. When you wear flip flops, feet can breathe, they are healthy that way. They may look dirty though.

    Wargames and Snailexpress Thank this.

Well actually, being a person who hated shoes her entire life, when it's warm enough to ditch footwear unless required I feel like my toesies are much healthier. No sweat, no stink, never had any fungus I think cuz barefoot makes your skin too tough or something.

    Snailexpress Thanks this.

If you are safe with whatever you have on your feet, you win. I hate having to climb on the deck in my steel toes because I feel like I have less flexibility. I have them for required situations but usually I'm in very flexible lightweight shoes.
Most people on this planet don't use the typical enclosed footwear we expect. So what? Plenty of examples of runners and sports people doing great things with no trauma. We're just uptight...IMO.

    Snailexpress and blairandgretchen Thank this.
