And what happens if this virus comes around every year?
Do we do this over and over again, year after year?
It might be better to just let it run its course so we can build an immunity to it, instead of trying to avoid it by shutting everything down.
I get the reasoning of trying to stop the sudden spread as to not overwhelm hospitals, but at some point things will have to get back to normal.
Now might be the perfect time to buy into some hotel stocks.

Ive been eyeing stocks during the market fall. Gonna buy up quite a few. And admittedly the economic crash did excite me, because I have been hoping something could tank ridiculous home prices like they did years ago.
Our condo at this point has went up 130% that we bought during the last crash.
But at this point medical protocols have been discovered that can fight it. Many doctors have been experimenting with a old malaria drug a from the 50s and Zpaks , and its been having pretty good effect. This response would never be necessary again. And a vaccine will soon be available, if the reports from Israel are accurate.
But never the less, my initial response was just that, why let the whole show stop over something that in the end wont even touch obesity related deaths. But i suppose the obvious argument is "thats a self inflicted condition."
I would have let it go wild. But I really cant hate anyone for taking measures to slow it down.Moosetek13 and dwells40 Thank this. -

Shakopee, Mn at a little Holiday place.
I lucked out today with a load that needed to be voided.
A Costco delivery with this current load to SD next, then an inserted load of pallets that picked up at the Costco to deliver in New Hope.
I hate those loads. I never get paid what I am due on them. Base pay with no short haul, and it is only 22 miles. Around 3 hours of work in the end for about 11 bucks.
The trailer had been picked up yesterday so I didn't have to deal with it.
Last night I had a 2 hour phone call with Leann, my daughter in Italy.
Things are pretty bad there, but she was appalled about what is going on here in the U.S..
The hoarding of food and supplies.
She said that this is the only country where that has happened. They get short on a few things, but there is no hoarding going on, even in Italy where they are the hardest hit by this thing.
And we do it right from the start. It seems we are a nation of selfish cowards.
And I had the chance to talk with her new boyfriend out there.
She is the second daughter to come of dating age, and she is the first one to find someone that I have no objections to right from the start.JOHNQPUBLIC, dptrucker, FerrissWheel and 1 other person Thank this. -
