Running with JCT, Part Deux

8 percent personnel reduction at the terminal. Firing staff right before bonuses. Couple DMs and a planner I know of gone.

 

I got the message this morning it's $0.15

 

Well my DM is gone. Last two days keith has been on my board. Got a message Monday saying my DM (Tyler) was away on a trip. Wasn’t back today and I just texted him. He came back and said he’s no longer there. Personally I feel more upset that my dm is gone more than JCT lying about him a trip. Tyler and I got along really well.

 

Also was kind of fishy when Keith said he was on a fishing trip. I mean who goes fishing while this is going on?

 

Wow. Firing a ton of people. Looks like hard times at JCT

 

Who all is gone?

 

Over the last 6 weeks, we have lost .12 of surcharge...my checks have gotten sad looking... .12 doesn't seem like alot, but it is really taking a toll on me...fuel is only cheaper in Oklahoma and Texas,everywhere else is close to the same...I don't know how much longer I can manage this. Between less money and longer wait times to get loaded and unloaded, it's really dragging me down and cutting my miles down.

 

That and planners aren’t planning.
My last trip was Auburndale Fl to Moberly mo, 1140 miles!
Pick up Friday at 0100 deliver Monday at 1530.
Then I deliver, and no load..

 

And u still have no load?
