End of the day its all the same to me.
Add some bungies and straps to a pretarped load. Still collect the tarping fee. Hand the load to another driver and never even have to fold the things.
I could do much worse. To think this is a "favor." Heck its almost like a vacation.
You all know ill run every bloody mile i can get my hands on, id get into too much trouble otherwise. Time to listen to some books and Hammer down.Wasted Thyme Thanks this. -

Columbus, OH.
I have a short (300 miles) Big Lot's load going to Indiana. I guess that is a lucky thing considering this is a holiday weekend and this whole virus thing.
All the truck stops I passed on the way here looked full, so I just came here to the terminal.
180 miles tomorrow to set me up 35 miles away for a 0600 delivery at my first stop.
This load will put me to 1900 miles for the week, on Monday at noon.
Could be worse, and hopefully a decent next load delivering by Wednesday.FerrissWheel Thanks this. -
What I find very interesting is the report from CA.
It seems this virus hit them several months ago so they have built a herd immunity to it, and that is why it is not hitting them so hard right now.
And that is with no 'social distancing' or other measures like shut downs to slow it down.
They considered it just a bad flu at the time.FerrissWheel and dptrucker Thank this. -
