Hey fellas. I have my application in for Millis and I’m just waiting on the recruiter. Just have a quick question if someone knows.. I have around 3 years experience and was wondering if they still have you go out with a trainer after the 2.5 day orientation? I forgot to ask her.

As long as your experience is recent then no. You'll do orientation and piss test then get own truck whenever piss test comes back

Thanks, I really appreciate it. When I first got my CDL I went with Dot Foods and I almost ran from that truck after a month of training it sucked lol. Beyond the pay and benefits, I’m really looking forward to the nice equipment, no slip seating and no touch freight.

I found one as bad if not worse yesterday in Haines City FL. It was a small packed disaster that made me not dislike Love's that much anymore.

I got a fully loaded trailer that had 60 pounds of paint listed as the load.

Yes the only thing they list is the small amount of hazardous in the trailer. Other than that its anyone's best guess as to whats in the trailer going to a Menards store. I will say this. Be careful opening your doors of a trailer loaded at a Menards DC when you get to a Memards store. I have had an axe and a ladder fall out at me as soon as I opened the door.... and #### near a pallet of flooring . They load those trailers like its 4 college buddy's loading their truck to go home for the summer...just throw it in and make it fit

Yeah #### that food service nonsense. I have a buddy that does it and it works for him, and like I told him "I'm glad somebody does it because I like to eat." But that ain't the gig for me.

    UhOhh Thanks this.

Any of you live loaded at Cascades in Niagara Falls? How long do they usually take? Been on the door for 38 minutes and they ain't even locked me in yet. I've only got an hour and 44 minutes left on my 14 and something tells me I'm gonna end up having to PC to Angola NY the time they're done.

What a strange coincidence. Just as I was reading your reply, they locked me in. Hopefully they'll get on it and I can get going.
