Oh I thought she was a new kind of trainer, where she has her own steering wheel, in case the trainee is driving wrong. Some lucky young stud has her for a trainer/mentor.

There was a small company (less than 30 trucks) I was looking to get in with, but their insurance requirements are 3 yrs. experience.

What kind of hours and miles would those drivers typically be putting in? How many loads in a day?

Where im at now i dont think i could run hard enough to take that home even on 1099.

P&S requires a minimum of one year driving experience, and prefers at least six months flatbed. They are not a training carrier. I'd look at Melton or Boyd first, then jump over to P&S once you have the experience.

    Steer clear of Rinaudo!!!

They will lie to your face and cheat you at every opportunity!!! They are one of the very worst carriers in America!!!! I worked there for a few months and had to borrow money to pay my bills.

Tried DMT also, but never finished orientation!!

Every possible thing they mentioned in orientation that they could possibly blame on the driver, they will. It is also grounds for dismissal, no matter how trivial.

WTI, Boyd and Hornady are part of the Daseke Group. I guess that's not a bad thing.

    McElroy is still privately owned.

All these companies have loads that are tarped, for the most part. They have a good freight base and access to more. As I write, I too am looking at the Daseke Group for possible driver employment...
