Heard this week Mercer let go 700 owner ops, any truth to it????

 

Since it costs Mercer just about nothing to keep an O/O on, as they pay their own way, I doubt it. I'm sure your source has some nice vitamins that cure COVID-19 though.

 

Word I got was about 50% are sitting it out at home

Ps o ya they also said they finally quit taking on new contractors about three weeks ago

 

It wouldn't be the first time, they did it in 2008. They wouldn't be the only company doing it right now either. It cost money for primary insurance, UCR, ect, which is paid for by Mercer not the contractor.
