    I've heard of the term East coast thrown around.. which I understand to mean the east edge of the country. Something I wonder though is what states/places is considered the east coast?

    I consider East Coast the states that border the Atlantic ocean.

    Ah, I am at Maryland right now.. I've heard a lot of drivers complaining about driving in the east coast.. but right now I don't think it's too horrible.. downtown Chicago was certainly worse. (I'm at Baltimore, MD.)
