It's a shame there are so many con artists who set up these scams. I frequently peruse the available jobs for teams in Ontario, despite living in the east coast. I gotta say, there's usually about 1000 jobs available and stories like this are the reason I wouldn't even consider contacting the vast majority of <5 truck operations.

Yes he's a big scam artist, signed up with him and his ### friend from Alberta, never got a penny, first cheque bounced, while out on second trip. Went to the federal labor board, mentioned the fact that he's scammed other people as well, their reply was,they only deal on an individual basis, not plural, so he's still getting away with it.
Him and his ### buddy should be in jail.

 

You could always take the Roy D. Mercer approach.

 

I'm a little slow, who is Roy D. Mercer? What is his approach? How would taking his approach affect me, TB John? I wait anxiously for a reply.

 

IIRC, and I may be wrong, I believe Roy D Mercer was looking for a truck lease, but could never find one to his liking. He was looking for someone who owns a leasing company with the heart of a saint, but the head of a businessman, willing to go the extra mile to help those hard working class people who just need a hand up to be a successful business partner. A place that took care of it's lessee's. A place with top notch equipment, who would go out on a moments notice, to repair and maintain the equipment. on the truly rare occasions that there was an issue. Cross country, if it was needed. A company where the phone(s) were answered 24/7/365, never more than one ring. A place he could call home!

Or was that Roy X Mercer? Hmmmm…..now I'm confused.... Stand by!

 

Dear Lord @Lonesome send him in my direction! He will truly find the promised land! Top notch equipment, payments he can live with! Ardis my mechanic is refurbishing a fine looking Freightliner Classic XL as we speak. New mattresses, new mudflaps, and the finest in pointy lugnut covers. He couldn't finf a better lease anywhere else. Even my receptionist has one of the finest racks imaginable. My phone line is open.

 

Any pictures of the rack? I'm wondering.....errr a friend is wondering about the appearance, shape, size, etc.
