Well I figured out why some not so nice guys are putting seals on empty trailers, it can be a real pita to find one lol. Menards in Holiday City had nothing for empties, so ended up being assigned one of their partial carpet loads to another Menards up in Eau Claire. Big surprise, Eau Claire didn’t have an empty.. Walmart down the street thankfully did.

I got another "Thank you" message for putting in a correct macro 29 today. I guess a lot of drivers are somehow effing that up although I don't really understand how.
Upinsmoke Thanks this. -
Start studying Macro 29. Learn vocabulary, terms, and more with flashcards, games, and other study tools.
MIT Thanks this. -
I may have misunderstood, but I think our dispatchers get a bonus if their drivers meet certain thresholds in fuel solutions.

So I'm at Midwest in Memphis and there's another Millis driver unloading on the door to the right of me. Once he's empty, he pulls out and backs into the door to the left of me for his reload.
Yes, they made him move two freakin' doors. Now tell me if that ain't lazy on their part?MIT Thanks this. -
Beyond lazy. It is ridiculous.
Ever notice that 95% of any problems we encounter in the La Crosse, Rochester, Memphis triangle is in Memphis? I rarely have a problem or nonsense anywhere else. I am not a fan of those tight indoor docks in Rochester but can't do much about that unless they move. Sometimes there is no more room across from La Crosse where you have to park to check in. But other than those 2 issues I really never have a problem at those 2 locations. Memphis on the other hand is a surprise if you don't have a problem or something stupid like moving 2 doors for your reload.Last edited: May 6, 2020

I had to go to 3 places before I found an empty last week, there sure are a lot of trailers loaded with beer around Milwaukee.
One thing I didn't have a problem finding today was people cutting me off. I think it was a record today.Last edited by a moderator: May 6, 2020

I've had my share of problems in Rochester but Midwest in Memphis definitely takes the cake.

I felt kinda bad a couple weeks ago in Rochester, another driver spotted me in, I drove through the door and tried to walk back in to return the favor but it was locked. Oh well
