I believe after 48 hrs you get layover pay. Never heard of waiting that long but I'm sure somewhere along the line it has happened. Longest I am personally aware of was 40 hours a few years ago in Georgia

Anyone got a recommendation for a place to park for the night around Niagra Falls? I've got a delivery there this afternoon and am having trouble finding anyplace with overnight parking.
-
I don't think there's anything nearby there. You've got the TA and J at the Pembroke exit, a couple of mom and pop truck stops in Buffalo, and the Thruway service plazas.
-
It sounds like the service plazas are the best bet. I ran into another Millis driver I'd met before and he said the truck stops at Pembroke were places to avoid due to crime etc..., and it looks like I could get that same environment right where I am now...
-
I can't speak on crime for the Flying J in Pembroke. It is the usual dumpy atmosphere as all the rest. The T/A is fine crimewise and otherwise. I have stayed there many times.

There’s a perfect “NY Welcome Center” that I parked at last Thursday in Niagara Falls. I’m pretty sure it’s on 190. You exit off the highway and it’s a pretty good place to park. I want to say they have 15-20 spots. 2170 Whitehaven Road, Grand Island, NYStill undecided and JOHNQPUBLIC Thank this.
-
Forgot all about that spot. It is newer. Maybe in the last year or so. That would be the target place for me if I needed to stay in that area.
-
Definitely, there’s really not much out there.

Have you guys ever bob tailed over to the Kroger near Trenton? Just wondering if they care if I park there for 20 min..
