I'm not sure how far down the list I've been but I don't think it's been as far as #48. Pat never tells me what number I am, though, so I only get a number on the weekends or when he's out. I'm pretty sure if I was told I was #48, I'd be hitting the bunk or probably a bar if there was one open nearby. Maybe that's why Pat doesn't tell is what number we are!

Yea I'd went into truck stop ate, showered, just messed around for an hour or so...and this was before we had transflo, walked back out to the truck planning on taking a nap since it was like 1pm, and see envelopes on my QC was like WTF lol

 

I was so paranoid earlier today about this preloaded trailer I picked up out of Trenton that still had the seal on, I thought I’d find pallets everywhere. I opened the doors and now I have an extra strap. Yay

 

Due home tomorrow after being out for 15 weeks. Delivered at Lesaint this morning. Was told last night to grab an empty from the brewery and head home after I deliver, but the brewery tells me no empties. Send dispatch s message about it only to be told "Please don't take empties from the brewery." So that, along with them telling us to stop dropping our empties at the yard before picking up at the brewery, means that there's pretty much a zero chance of ever getting an empty trailer in Trenton.

I just want to fkn go home.

 

My God 15 weeks. I can barely stand 3 weeks and 98% of the time do less than that.

Pretty much a catch 22 on that empty situation. I hope you find one soon. Maybe the shop will have one almost finished to hit the road again.

 

I was supposed to go home this morning and think I'll have an empty after this last delivery, but up in Richfield. I'm hoping there is going to be room to leave the empty.

 

Yeah it's not an experience I want to repeat. The original plan was 6 weeks, then this #### plague happened. I've been absolutely miserable for the last 3 weeks at least.

But they finally told me to go get an empty this little Kroger Whse in Cincy I've never been to, now I'm in Jeffersonville getting some food. I'll finally be home in about 5 hours.

At least now I have lots of money to spend when I get home.

Last time I was home was March 17th. Stayed out because of the Covid. Wife said I can home if I wear a mask so probably go home in a couple weeks. Twice took a couple days off in Trenton spent a little time with wife’s family because I don’t care if they get the Covid.
