My carrier unit won't cool down below 38 degrees. I just had a leak repaired and freon checked and cleaned the coils. What could be the problem?

I'm not a reefer mechanic but I've had that same thing happen before. Our shop had me manually defrost it. I did that an it cycled through an back to normal operation. After that it worked fine. If that don't do it ya may have had a sensor go bad.

Could be low on freon again.Check if the ball is floating on the sight glass on the receiver tank.Other than that it could be many causes.Tx valve,sv4,sv2,valve plates, etc.

My Reefer was set at 38° Before the controls and screen locked up like this. It turns on and starts cooling to 38° but the screen never blinks and the buttons don’t do a thing.
