    MOH recipients are national heros. They are afforded a respectful salute even by superior officers. When they come back to the civilian puke Life, they can expect full measure of respect from all corners.

    MOH is not something to be 'won'. It is awarded.

    Stop belly-aching. This man was awarded the highest honor for his bravery in combat. You should be happy that he even chose to work for your company. All you should do if you ever see him is shake his hand and thank him for his service instead of boo hooing about how he has a new truck or was given your route. Sheesh. Or, if you dont like it then go to another company. Theres 1000s more to choose out there.
