What if it Snows?

Supposed to be a muggy 102 here in Sac today. Record was set in 2017 of 108.....and dummy here is going down to check on a special sale of teak wood at Wood Craft....might spend some cash on a new belt/disc sander to boot, maybe a new drill press. Have to get my toys for retirement all set. Oh yeah...swing by Home Depot for a few sheets of plywood for some cabinets....always plotting how to keep mama "happy"!

 

Our grass is down to 10 days now. At least we have the fog on the coast so it isnt horribly dry. Fog + trees are micro tain showers here

If y’all ever get a chance to go to the Kalispell area of Montana. The Bigfork Inn in Bigfork. Absolutely Obscene food. But don’t look at the prices till after you’ve eaten.

Delivery this morning. Two small businesses next to each other. Parking lots between them. 12 feet of grass in middle. Cars parked all over.
At first glance it’s; Oh S!
But then study it. Very workable. They put a concrete strip across the grass, between the loading docks. Share each other’s loading dock approach. Cars smartly parked to give big trucks room. It was actually great. Fun too.
Ain’t no Minot mission impossible.

 

They’ll let you wash dishes. But it would take a week to pay for the dinner.

Well by that sign, that out to tell you where I am sitting, waiting for another oil change/service since I didn’t feel like doing it myself over the weekend, so now this week I get to pay to have it done, and wait, one truck ahead so we’ll say..3 hours maybe 6 at best speed.
Speedco was never fast, but since the take over on November it seems worse.
