I have used Bracketron. It holds my Note9 and the suction cup sticks to dimpled dash.

Unfortunately they only last about 12 months before they break, but until then they work pretty good.

I use this iOttie holder on an Samsung S9. This holder comes in non-charging and wireless phone charging version. I bought mine at Sam's Club where is was $10 cheaper than amazon.

I have the suction cup stuck on the side dash of a Freightliner Cascadia beside the diff. lock and power divider switches. It has not come loose yet. My old suction cup holder stuck in same place would alway come unstuck in very cold weather and any time I went to high altitude locations.

If you charge your phone wirelessly I bought a micro-usb cable with built-in on/off switch. You want to keep phone battery between 30% - 85% for longterm battery health. Lithium phone batteries hate being above 90% and almost empty. You'll kill a battery leaving it fully charged all of the time.
