Would’ve been nice to know, as I went to the store yesterday, but I was going to fix breakfast this morning, we only had 4 eggs left out of 2 dozen too.
But nobody touched it, they swear.
So I had to make do.

Right now...? I will sell for the best offer.... but nobody has money right now... the house will have to be demolished.... but that would be at least one year investment. Before covid, land the size of mine was being sold for R$150.000,00 (Reais). At that time the dollar was about R$4,00 (Reais). Today the commercial dollar is R$5,32 (Reais) and it changes constantly.
But nobody is spending that kind of money right now or risking an investment.

 

All these options have already been studied a gazillion times in the past... to no avail.

Good lord! I got up this morning and I thought I was done for sleeping at 8am. Wife went to work and at 9 am I felt drowsy. So I thought I would take a nap. Pffft yyeah right. Slept for another two hours. Still dont feel fully awake. Too bad for me that I never acquired the liking of coffee.

Tho I think today is the day I fix this office chair. It keeps sinking on me. Not sure if I will do the PVC pipe rout or not. Thinking of getting some rubber hose (2 layers worth). One inside the other. I had done the pvc before and didnt care for the solid seat feel. yet who knows.
