Thought that quote would..lighten the mood.

 

Has anybody out there heard in any local news reports about wearing a mask for protection from bad air to breathe caused by the Sahara dust that has blown in from a 10,000 mile travel through the air? Yet corona hasnt blown out on the same airstream or still only travels 6 ft. Between us. Texas is under a ozone action warning this weekend over it and all they say is stay home in good air but if you go out wear mask for corona porposes. No mention of it for dust.

 

Don't judge people who living watching news.

The effective properties are different depending upon what you are testing. If you are measuring the ability of a covering...any covering...at reducing MY dispersing particulate matter...the evidence is clear. And obvious I might add.
But if your concern is about your self ymmv.
And Jesus far more concerned with your levels of love and compassion for others than he us about earthly politics. Believe that.

We've done some house cleaning to keep the political content to a minimum. Do as you've done in the past and report any posts that you find objectionable. We'll deal with them.
Sending an entire thread to Politics is a last resort. Most of the members here take one look at the Politics section and don't hang around. The thread, which might contain some good content, dies.
The Politics section is a few people saying the same old things over and over again. It's so predictable that it almost seems scripted. It's not scripted, it just reflects the poster's total lack of reality-based opinions. Most people won't be interested in that.
