Cant mention my fish pasta on Dave's thread anymore since he says it sounds Dis-Gustin.

 

My mother inlaw has a place on 3 acres with the little Manistee river running through it that has Salmonn in it.

Very private yet not too remote 50 miles due east of Ludington

She lets me store my boat's and semi in her pole barn . Gotta get up there next week and look at putting a new metal roof on the house for her.

 

You gotta stay on top of these things.

wheres all the steel heading for up there ?

 

I know a guy, before he retired, lived near Ok/Ar line, he had a good gig going for flatbed, would haul steel from Blytheville Ar to OKC, Tulsa or Muskogee, no tarp, reloaded at Pryor Ok (roll roofing) sometimes tarp depending on customer, and it went to Memphis/Little Rock.
He did that for 20 years.

 

At least they shrink wrap that rolled roofing now. They used to ship with one band around the center. you couldn't tie the V boards down tight because if it was crushed, it was rejected. Worst loads l ever hauled on flatbed.
