I no all AC drip water due to condensation. But mine drips A LOT. If the trucks parked on my left and right make a puddle, mine makes a creek.
If theres makes a creek, mine makes a lake, etc..

Mechanics at T/A is telling me that's normal. But that doesnt seem right to me. Why does mine drip 10x as much as everybody else?

Be glad it's working so good! If its not leaking from the evaporator, and leaking off the metal parts of the lines themselves. You could always insulate the lines.

Means you got a good A/C, I wouldn’t worry about, but don’t just be standing there, especially if the water is running by someones drivers door..

My ‘99 FL would never drip on the ground it was either always flooding out on the passenger side floor board or the evap box drain was right over the exhaust pipe so it would steam it before it could hit ground.

The more humid it is inside the truck the more water from the drain outside.
If you don’t run the AC on recirculate and are pulling humid outside air in to the cab you will have more water out the drain.
Also if your cab is not well sealed ( or an air vent is open)and is leaking humid air in to the cab you will have more water out the drain.
